A nice place with a pleasant interior and a good selection of dishes and drinks. However, it was a bit chilly inside; it's unclear whether it was due to heating cost-cutting or if the ventilation was just working well. Overall, I left with a positive impression of this place and would like to come back again.
I liked it. Kochegarka is a cozy little place. The staff is friendly.
