El Platano Macho - Perris

I’ve driven past this restaurant on the highway numerous times and I truly regret not stopping by sooner. There are plenty of dining options in the area, but I was specifically looking for pupusas, so I finally decided to give this place a try. The restaurant has a charming and clean atmosphere, enhanced by beautiful photographs showcasing Latin American culture. The staff was polite and friendly, and their kindness and attentiveness significantly contributed to my overall dining experience. Although the food took a little longer to arrive, it was definitely worth the wait. I enjoyed several pupusas, and their Revuelta really caught my taste buds’ attention – a delightful combination of cheese, pork, and beans! I will be sure to stop by again the next time I'm in town.
