Írjon visszajelzéstI went through the thru trip last Sunday to order a gluten-free base for my daughter. The girl argued with me and told me that they could not make a hot sub on gluten-free bread (we only got it for years due to my childhood allergy) Then, when I paid, she came out and laid a shield that closed the drive. We sat there 45 minutes before we went inside to check the order (it was literally 1 sandwich, chips and a drink) You had not started our order and wait for another 25 minutes, my husband asked for a refund. The same girl who checked us on the ride asked him to pay back a reception we did not receive and refused. We finally have no food and from $15. You can't do business like that. 2 persons on a busy Sunday afternoon are not fair for employees or their males. I understand that's the new?pandemic? but someone in management should have been there to offer support. This is not our first negative experience there, but it will be last because we will not return.
Today's visit was the third time that the SAME had done the exact thing; The last two times it was just my daughter and her grandmother so she just left, but today I experienced the terrible treatment of customers. Every three times when pulled on the loudspeaker, NO ONE EVEN ACKNOWLEDGES THERE is a CUSTOMER. Every time we pulled to the window and did more than knock? and was still ignored. So today, after this happened, I went in and my first question was..? Is your drive broken? And the girl? pretended she asked if it was up, and worked, but only after she had asked me if I was on the SPEAKER. How are you gonna treat me like I'm stupid? So I ordered 3 sandwiches, then we ran to McDonald?s, and when we came back to get our subs, I had to stand there and wait for about 5-6 minutes more. I don't know why I had to wait after we got back? I don't know what their problem is, but this kind of service is UNACCEPTABLE PERIOD! And I worked in the food industry/restaurants for rest, and all this comes from more than just employees. You obviously know that it's okay.. and yes, I think they are deliberately doing customers like that because it's just not? accidentally? happen 3 different TIMES? We need better!!!!

Food tasted great and was prepared to order. However, it took more than 30 minutes to get our sandwiches inside, while the drive through was prioritzed. This was apparent, because the people who ordered in front of us received their order and finished eating by the time we were given our order. The staff was less than enthusiastic about their duties and obviously very frustrated by the lack of staff.
Absolutely the worst service at a firehouse I?ve ever experienced. For starters had an online order, took roughly about 10 minutes to drive over to this location. Sat and waited for about 45 to get to the speaker and then got asked to wait, which is fine in most cases, was left at the speaker for over 30 minutes. Got to the window after an hour of waiting, food was missing from the bag, didn?t bother to even try to correct it because I was already waiting at the window for 20 minutes prior. I understand being short staffed but if you are that short staffed close the location. Again absolutely terrible service, will not be returning to this location again.
