Perry Perk

Absolutely love this coffee shop! Came straight every day for 3 days while we were in town! Tomorrow will probably be the 4th! The oat flakes are delicious and although I personally do not drink coffee, my family tells me that the coffee is also great!

A little hidden gem here in Perry. Absolutely adorable, drinks are excellent, food is simple but to die for! I also greatly commend the woman who runs this place. Three upgrades in less than five years?! Its a staple for our locals as well I've noticed. They even have a rack of cups for the groups that gather here daily with their names hand written on each mug awaiting their daily arrival! I cant get over it :

It would really be nice if they had hours that worked for commuters leaving town. Great place, it's just that 7 am openings don't make it possible for Des Moines commuters to stop in and grab their favorite latte or breakfast :

I love this place! Every time I visit Perry, I find myself planning for three different scenarios. It's a bit bittersweet that I can't enjoy her in Milwaukee, WI, but traveling six hours just for homemade scones is absolutely worth it—at least for me. Thank you, Perry Perk!

The coffee was fantastic, and the ambiance of the place was great. It's even better than Starbucks!
