Fricker's North Corporate Office

I was in miller lane on November 1st. First call was on hold 10 mins .call back and placed a order , after 4 people head of me . There was a guy that was door dash came in twice to get his orders before anyone else. When I check it was all wrong, no loaded fries, just reg fries , there was barely any sauce and mild sauce is a butter sauce . I just had a dap. BBQ wing no sauce , quess there getting greedy. Onion chips where cold, no sauce. I had them look st they said sorry we will make it all new... lol funnel cakes never got . Blue cheese or ranch never got . Manger said I will refund your money , cause I paid with card, that this was not right all round..the manger seem nice but find out next day manger can’t do refunds .. and that mangers form different store . So I call corporate .. they have district manger call me . After 4 days I call back . Said it be back on my card tmw.. lol now it’s 4 bussiness days and weekend nothing yet .. smh
