Írjon visszajelzéstSecond time for takeout. The name and outside of this restaurant is misleading so it is easy to dismiss it. We tried it based on another local friend's recommendation. The inside isn't much so I find it better to order takeout. There are a ton of sushi roll choices it can be overwhelming. They offer two without rice for those who are doing low carb or keto. I have found all the rolls nice and fresh. The sashimi sampler is definitely well portioned for one person to have as an entree. I would not recommend the teriyaki chicken though. It was just so-so in comparison. I would order again anytime.
One word ...AMAZING. The food portion, the service and the drinks were at a great deal for happy hour . I live in Vegas but family from Port Deposit and when I come to visit, I will definitely be coming back .
We came for dinner during our stay at Great Wolf Lodge. Initially skeptical of a sushi restaurant in a small town we were blown away by the quality, service and ambience of the place. It was SO packed, and totally understandably so. Well done Johnny's Sushi. It was better than any suburb sushi restaurant that I've been to in a looong time.
I went to the newly opened Johnny's Korean Fried Chicken and Ramen side of this shop. First, I have to say that the food does not have the traditionally known Korean fried chicken flavors. It is Chinese fried chicken, through and through. So, if you want Korean fried chicken, you will be sorely disappointed, as I was. (I was raised on a Chinese grandmother's home cooking for 30+ years. But, if you're looking for Chinese fried chicken, look no further, this spot hits that spot!! It's delicious, juicy, and filled with that good chicken flavor! The sauces are good and tasty, also more Chinese than Korean, and it's better than any KFC around. The servers were really kind and helpful with making choices. There were kids around (well well behaved and others not as much which was strange but whatever. And the shop was clean, the bathrooms were much nicer than expected, and the tables were cleaned after each customer. If they had trash cans around, I would have tossed our trash before leaving to simplify the work for them. And Amanda did her best to answer my questions (especially since I did have quite a few questions. Just to add, their fried rice cake isn't tteokbokki. They just take the rice pellets, put them on sticks, and fry them... which is a great Chinese snack but NOT a Korean snack. So, yes... a good Chinese food spot but NOT a Korean food spot.
Great food option around this area. We went to Great Wolf and needed to venture out to see other food options. This restaurant is not opened on Mondays. We cane here on a Tuesday during lunch and it was pretty empty. The restaurant had indoor and outdoor seating which were great options! We were seated immediately but the staff was not as attentive. There is plenty of parking. They also have a lunch special menu with reasonable prices. The kids menu also had great options. I got the 4 rolls: salmon, eel and tempura. Overall, I enjoyed the food as the portions are generous and the food was delicious!
