The Broxden Manor - Perth Kinross

The food was terrible, with cold chips and soggy corn on the cob. My daughter ordered tapas, but 2 out of the 3 dishes had to be sent back because they were burned. It's probably better and cheaper to eat at MacDonalds next door. We won't be returning. Awful experience!

Due to a mix-up, they did not have many vegetarian options available. However, the staff made extra effort to assist us in finding a suitable dish that we would enjoy. The customer service was fantastic!

The food at the restaurant was delicious and satisfying. Mary was a ray of sunshine - very friendly, professional, and warm. However, the younger staff members, all four of them, could use some customer service training. They lacked smiles, glamour, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other. Mary deserves a five-star rating for her exceptional service.

We visited this restaurant on Sunday and had a pleasant dining experience! A special shoutout to Brooke, our waitress, who was very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, the restaurant was experiencing some storage issues at the time, but Brooke informed us about it and guided us through the menu. Dealing with storage problems can be challenging for the staff, but Brooke handled it very well. My only suggestion for the restaurant would be to inform guests about the storage problems upon arrival, rather than when they are ready to order.

Our server mary was fantastic and well maintained for us. eating was nice and service was super fast without waiting. highly recommended
