Good morning, We had the chance to dine at the Olivier restaurant and I must say it was an incredible experience. We were lucky enough to win a free meal and we were blown away by the quality and technicality of the work done by Chef Pulizzi. Each dish was prepared with incredible precision and mastery, the flavors exploded in the mouth and each bite was a true discovery, Chef Pulizzi excels in the art of combining ingredients and creating surprising combinations. In addition, the service was impeccable, the servers were very professional and presented the dishes in a refined manner. They were also very attentive and made us feel like special guests throughout the meal. I would also like to highlight the fabulous team that works at this restaurant, all the staff were warm, welcoming and passionate about their profession, their dedication and love for gastronomy shone through in every detail. In conclusion, I highly recommend this restaurant to all lovers of fine cuisine. It’s a unique dining experience that is sure to impress you. You will be transported into a world of flavors and taste pleasures.

We had come to eat at the Olivier 2 or 3 years ago, a little disappointed with the quality of the dishes. We came back a few days ago, and the new chief delighted our taste buds. The Discovery menu consists of a suite of gourmets that connect, lots of flavors and a staff with small care. A nice discovery. We'll be back
