This room restaurant was recommended as a Ma and Pa locally owned business. I was in town for Madison and two of my adult children. We walked in on a Friday night at 7 o’clock, and saw several tables that were empty and just needed to be cleared, no one was waiting in line to be seated, but a waitress push past us and said there were no tables available. She didn’t ask us if we were willing to wait, and she didn’t even bother to make eye contact with us. We were happy to take our business to another ma and pa restaurant that had also been recommended (Four Star Family Restaurant) which also had prime rib as well as much more extensive and affordable menu. I typically don’t review restaurants and surely not those I choose not to eat at, but felt this warranted taking the time to let them know

My family and I were in a hotel nearby. We make a mini holiday of boring ole Nebraska. We came to Cabin Fever for a simple dinner. Great menu options and great service. Our server (Deana) was very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar was clean, well lit and the bathrooms were clean! I'm so impressed! Very recommended!
Onion rings were great. Philly sandwich we split was done perfectly. Inside environment reminded me of Wisconsin Dells type of place. Server Tammy was friendly, cheerful and most accommodating. Overall great experience, first time eating here.
