Palm Beach - PESCARA

We recently visited this restaurant as we have done many times and I have to say we were all disappointed. My daughter had her favourite meal there and thought it came out of packets. I had a tasteless clam pasta, all in all very disappointing.

Everyone knows that from North to South of the Adriatic Sea every fish dish is just about the same, so this place is no exception. Usual pasta dishes with shellfish and molluscs, usual starters and the usual main course of either grilled, oven-baked or fried fish dishes and side orders of fries and salad. Everything within the norm! If you don't want anything special and want to play it safe, any coastal restaurant will do!

We didnt eat here but had a nice cocktail. Beware of the coloured slide it’s fast and dangerous it cut my husbands eye luckily he didn’t need stitches and I’m waiting to see if I have chipped a bone in my elbow as it flipped me over same with my husband ... you have been warned !! The pool is great tho and as out of season it was quiet today.

My mother, who is very picky about her seafood, and I had the fish tourist menu offering: seafood salad, pasta with white clam sauce, mixed fried/battered seafood, french fries or salad and a small lemon sorbet all for 20 Euro per person. The seafood was very fresh, the pasta was cooked perfectly and everything was delicately seasoned. Our waiter was very amusing and attentive but don't eat here if you're in a hurry. The courses are brought out at a leisurely pace.

Bad food and service. The waitress forgot to deliver starters and the pizza wasn't finished. And forgot our drinks
