Asian fusion in western NH? I was genuinely impressed! The menu offered truly unique dishes, although a few interpretations of traditional flavors didn't quite meet my expectations. The open kitchen concept and signature drinks create a lively atmosphere, making it a great spot for an enjoyable evening with friends or family.

Fantastic! The service was outstanding, and the menu offers a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I ordered oysters, and they were the largest and freshest I've had in years. The ahi tuna was perfectly cooked, served on a bed of pea beans, flavorful greens, herbs, and rice. As someone with celiac disease, I need gluten-free options, and I was pleased to find that almost everything on the menu could be adapted. However, there was no need to adjust anything since they have a complete separate gluten-free menu. Don’t be put off by the location; it’s at the end of what seems like a declining strip mall, but this restaurant is top-notch. There’s also a lovely porch for outdoor dining if you prefer that ambiance.

My husband took me to the Pearl for Valentine's Day this year. The food was outstanding! Generous portions, too. Our waitress, though extremely busy, was considerate, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. They have a full bar with craft cocktails. Definitely worth a visit! Highly, highly recommend!!

Wow, total experience, great atmosphere, excellent service, delicious food and top notch cocktails. This was our first visit, we were celebrating my Birthday and we were all so glad we found this place. A must go experience, don't rush if you don't have too, just experience, enjoy It'sworthevery cent.
