Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Peterborough

Orders 4 pieces of chicken strips, only receive 3. Return and declares them I ordered 4, which confirms them by checking the previous orders. They took the box and gave me the box after a minute. I looked down at my table and saw that it was exactly the same 3 pieces of chicken strips. They told me they'd make me a fresh batch. Got my order, chicken strips were overcooked and received less pommes than what I was originally given.

Ordered the new chicken fry rings combo… did not get any rings… fries were good but chicken was cold even though we waited over 5 minutes for the food. Okay service, but disappointed that I paid for something and did not get it. Pop was missing carbonation as per usual with this location… I hate writing a bad review, but this is not the first time I’ve be been disappointed at this location..

I swear to god every time I come inside to order, the staff working look like that hate their life and do not want to be there at all. It's like a zombie apocalypse, all straight faces, not much to say, really strange. Also the pop machine in the dinning room is out of ice more times than not when i've visited. I'm a Guest Experience manager at a fast food restaurant and I understand that none of you are having the best day of your life at work but it's your job to provide a good experience to your guests and at least be tolerable to be around

I usually don’t write bad reviews as I know what it’s like working In fast food and like to try to give the benefit of the doubt but I went to get a blizzard today and was left sitting at the drive through pickup window for over 5 minutes as I saw my blizzard on the table inside no employee took my payment and there were several employees standing inside talking not looking like they were busy whatsoever and clearly saw me and did not take it upon themselves to help me. I ended up just driving away.

I was there Saturday older woman serving cash,I had the meal deal I said Do you have butterscotch? Flat out No, not even to say its butterscotch. So I said chocolate.My cousin ordered and she got her caramel. I know covid took away business but customer service will bring them back. Not me.
