We ordered pizza at half past 6 in the evening. We were warned that it would take 2 and a half hours to prepare our order, so we patiently waited the specified time. In the end, the order arrived at 10:20 PM—nearly 4 hours later! The pizza was cold. I have never encountered such poor service anywhere else. Thank you for ruining our evening with your cold pizza! This review is dedicated to an establishment in the city of Suzdal, which has recently opened and has not yet been widely publicized online.

We ordered from Shikado in Petushki for the first time. We got 2 sets of Philadelphia rolls and 1 California roll. The girl on the phone was very polite. Our order was ready in 25 minutes for pickup. Everything was nicely packaged. The rolls were delicious and fresh. We were very satisfied and will definitely order again. By the way, the prices are reasonable. I recommend it!
