Menchie's Frozen Yogurt - Pflugerville

Went on 4/25 around 8:20 and the girl working the counter was super sweet, very attentive to customers and was making sure to keep the area clean and restocked ! wish I got her name she deserves some appreciation!!

I ordered through doordash and don't know if I should credit the business or dasher so everyone gets a good review. I wanted extra fresh strawberries and they didn't have an option for double the same topping so I chose another topping so I would be properly charged and put in the notes that I didn't want the other topping I just wanted extra strawberries and they pulled through. I got extra strawberries. 100/10. You never know if they'll read the notes and they did. Very happy.

I've been to a lot of Menchies and this one was the most dirtiest one ever. Bathrooms clearly have nit been cleaned in a long time. To be honest the entire store is filthy. No customer service and 5 employees hanging out at the cash wrap doing nothing but gossiping. Horrible atmosphere. I'm surprised no has gotten sick from eating here. I will never go back or recommend this place to anyone.

This place is becoming so dirty and messy. I come here with my kids and every time I come now it's becoming worse and worse with cleanliness. I see the employees just standing around, instead of cleaning tables and their work station by the register is disgusting.

Food is very delicious. The place is very clean. Friendly and polite staffThank you.
