My first time there....big sponges...big service. Very reasonable prices. The cream cheese tamale was a little sweet for my taste but good!

I'm a veteran and a UPS employee. I had to work on Veterans Day from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. I went in early and explained my situation politely, asking if I could receive my complimentary dozen donuts and drink. The woman who attended to me said no, stating they were only allowed to offer them at a specific time. When I reiterated that I wouldn't be able to come back later due to work, she still refused. I won’t be returning to this location since they couldn't make an exception. I gave them one star because I couldn't rate them any lower. Thank you, but no thanks.

OMG this place was great service was great. The food was delicious I had Tomales my sister had Menudo it was also delicious if I ever go back there I definitely go back and try so many different tonals more than once this time! Try the Specialty Tomales

Excellent tamales! Best I've had in the RGV since moving here. The ladies who work there were just lovely, the restaurant was clean. Totally impressed! I even brought a bunch home to freeze. I'll be buying these for Christmas presents!
