Kfc - Pharr

I ordered a family meal and a famous bowl. I live 20 minutes from the place. I came home and the famous bowl wasn't there. I'll call the store to let her know.

Girl at window was very rude. She wouldn’t respond and didn’t put all my order in bag. She seemed like she hated her job.

I ordered a chicken sanwich they were rushing Popeyes it better this sanwich dryer than a Popeyes biscuit

It was first time at this location and the customer service was very unsatisfying.. i wanted to buy more food that they have for sale but they refused to sell me it because they wanted me to go around and order again smh.. i understand if i was holding the line up but i was not, it was just one car behind me and i wasn't asking for a lot, just a small mac and cheese so i just took off instead.. no wonder there is less and less KFC around bcuz of bad customer service!! Will not come back to this restaurant..

Went to buy a family deal , to my surprise I was told they ran out of chicken, at 5:30 pm, how could you run out of chicken, this is what you do , sell chicken, and its not the first time, coke machine broken, no mashed potato, really poor management, oh well had to go to Popeye"s
