Little Caesars - Phelan

Recorded had no problems lady in the store was very nice,pizza was good, especially the Fanceroni and Hula could have had more the blow, it was a little shy of pineapple ham.

This place is a joke. On several occasions they have messed up on our food, refused to give us there Manger or corporate number. Tonight was my last straw, we did a online order we get the notice that's it ready. We get there and our name on the portal but no food, we had to wait to ask where our food was and then he said that they just scanned the slip because if they don't within a certain amount of time they get in trouble. He said that they where waiting on one of our pizza and bread stick and minutes later hear him ask to make our pizza and then see the lady give what food that was cooked away to someone else. So that means they had to remake that pizza. While waiting another customer came in and we started taking and he started that he had put his order in 30 minutes after us and got his food before us and had the same amount. I go to say something and said that they are skipping us now and the lady started yelling at me saying that he order before us and that wasn't the case. I multiple family and friends waiting at home for food and shouldn't had to wait over a hour for 2 pizza and two bread stick.

For a good long while this store was doing ok then all of a sudden every time I come in and order or even mobile order anything it's a issue. Tonight they supposedly ran out of dough to make pizzas so every pizza is thin crust only. But yet no mention of an item being out of stock on the app when you order or anything. Whoever is running this store or owns it needs to come in and figure out what is going on here! This is the small things that drive customers away. As for me I probably will not be returning to this location for a while unless something gets fixed here!

Worse place ever. Asked for a few hot and ready which she had just told us they had. So after paying for my pizza and wings, we were told we had to wait 30 minutes. Then the customer after us also asked for à few hot and ready and they were giving to him. I asked to cancel my order and said that they were just about done with the order so we waited for about another 20 minutes. Then after leaving and opening the boxes we saw that some of the pizzas were undercooked and another looked like all the toppings were sliding off the crust. Another one was smatch and a big portion of the cheese was stuck on the box. So not worth the money I paid and the time we wasted to get our order.

Rudest person I have ever encountered here! Complete attitude as soon as I asked why pizza wasn't in the pickup oven even though I got the notification. Had nothing but attitude disrespectful words out of her mouth! Complete BS!!! She is lucky her cashier was extremely polite and helpful otherwise I would be making comments to the BBB about this place. Whoever owns this business should really look into who they hired!!!
