New Deck Tavern - Philadelphia

If you want a friendly pub experience in University City then this is a place to go. Outdoor, indoor and bar seating with televisions inside to watch sports. Several nights a week there will be live music. The service is consistent and friendly. Food is much better than you’d imagine with a good bit of variety. Expect your meal to come out fast! Extensive beer selection too. Overall a great place for a lunch or dinner.

I like its food, very delicious margaritas, clean bathroom and the location is good.

Stopped in for a late lunch early dinner. Decent bar grub, good drinks, and a nice pub atmosphere. Have been to Ireland personally and it does remind me of a few pubs that I've been to. I really liked their ceasar salad, almost looked like it was over dressed, but it wasn't. The dressing they use is mild and very good. The pizzas a equally as good, smaller almost personal sized, but definitely good for sharing. The special curry cheese fries they had for the time were surprisingly fantastic.

Our burgers (plant based for her/meat for me) were well presented.My beer was good, but we would have to recommend you pick your own mixed drinks from standards that you know and like and leave the specialty drinks on the card alone.My partner was less than impressed with several different choices, and I concurred after a few sips.

This is a fantastic old-fashioned Irish pub with tasty food. During our stay at the nearby Sheraton hotel, we strolled around the corner and found this gem. Aside from Wawa, it was the only place in the vicinity that stayed open late. The French onion soup and salmon were both delicious. The service was good, and there are several TVs around the pub, with live music on certain nights. I would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again, although parking might be a bit challenging.
