Old Nelson Food Company (food Court)

I’m not sure why I keep giving this place another chance when I know I’m likely to have a disappointing experience. The customer service is consistently poor. There are plenty of other options nearby, and I strongly recommend choosing one of those instead. Since this location is the most convenient for me, I often stop by, but I always end up remembering why I avoid it. I’d rather take the extra time to go to the 30th Street area or the train station.

The Italian hoagie was mostly just bread with very little meat. I also had to wait 35 minutes, even though the place didn't seem busy at all. The young girl at the counter was the only polite staff member; the others made it seem like customers were a nuisance. I won't be returning to any of these restaurants.

The sandwiches here are reasonably priced, tasty, fresh, and served quickly. However, the main issue lies with the computerized ordering system. It only allows you to order prepared items like sandwiches, which means you can’t add extras like drinks, which can be a bit frustrating.

I've worked in the city for years. Now my location is 30th St and there is on other place in that station for a sandwich that is not pre-made. The people who work there are rude, EVERYTHING is overpriced and the people behind the deli counter cough in their hands and touch their hair while serving people. I simply do not understand why they are so nasty to customers. I started bringing my own coffee and lunch.
