This is the worst McDonalds I have EVER been to. I’ve been in the area for 20 years and it has gone down tremendously. They need to bring in management from a store with good reviews and clean house. My sweet tea almost sent me into a diabetic coma after my first sip. I literally got a headache had to throw it out. The fries were hard cold my burger had pink in the middle. This is not my first bad experience at this McDonalds, but I assure you it’s my last. The customer service is terrible one of the managers, male with the raspy voice, doesn’t have a clue on how to address a customer. Stay away from the Greenwich McDonalds, unless you want to waste your money be disappointed. No stars is most appropriate-they did nothing right. TERRIBLE!
