Amazing place with great decor and art! everything here is super tasty! will definitely come back, especially for the sweet potato gnocchi and the coconut cheesecake.
We have chosen this place because it is operated by the academy of culinary arts künste kambodscha (acac), and it belongs to the Cambodian child fund (cff) the promotion of the youth of kamboja is a social mission that we can support. the eating was amazing, the service was friendly and the atmosphere was beautiful. we ordered the set menu and I had the garden salad, the crispy ente breast and tiramisu eis, while my man chose the beet root salad, the prawn tong yam suppe and the ice. delicious!
Great ambiente; clean, modern, with a simple beautiful decor. I was kindly greeted and decided to sit inside. the menu online differs from the one that is presented to me today. my margarita was well prepared. I chose three starters; the baked sea scallops, kampot pepper beef sashimi and edamame wonton. the table preparation of sashimi was impressive, didn't expect that, right on my table. the bark quality was excellent. the scallops were fresh and tasty. the wonton; wow, what a great choice, I enjoyed every bit. not least, pear tart with curkuma eis; all that I can say is yummy! all dishes had a great presentation, with attentive and friendly service. very happy to dine here and at the same time contribute to the child fund of kamboja. if they are a budget traveler, this place cannot be for them. I would definitely return. very good experience.
A nice upscale place for Phnom Penh. Staff is super attentive, diverse but not overwhelming menu. Ambiance is a bit stark with white lights and white walls. I ordered the tamarind martini, chili crab linguine and the turmeric ice cream. The pasta was good. I finished it, but for crab pasta, the flavored were overwhelmed with too much chili. Still though though. I finished it. The cocktail was delicious, if you like tamarind. The turmeric ice cream was wonderfully delicious, with a crunchy, mildly salty and light black pepper flavor. It was the best part of the meal. Prices are high by Cambodian standards, but the meal came out to about $20. I would go again, for sure. If you're looking for a refined meal in PP, it's a good stop.
