My favorite place to stay in phnom pehn. I was both in the super clean girl's arm and in a two-bed private. they allow my little dog here and the location is directly opposite a pagoda and a block away from a large grass area for dog walks. super friendly owners and bar staff. bar turns into clubnacht a few nights in the week, but music didn't bother me in the dormitories. the English breakfast here is huuuge and yummy.
