The Lot At Phoenicia Diner

Isn't it obvious? The crowd had previously gathered at another location, which still features reviews of Phoenicia Diner. The service, food, and atmosphere were fantastic! We ordered the soft shell crab sandwich, the Bourbon-Bacon Marmeladeburger (cooked medium, just as requested), tortilla soup, a strawberry milkshake, and a Mud Water (a cold brew with almond milk and maple syrup). Everything arrived promptly, the seating was spacious and clean, and I was pleased to find that the restrooms were tidy as well (thank goodness!).

A fantastic spot to grab some much-needed coffee while waiting for a table at Phoenicia Diner, just a few feet away. I ordered the Catskills Muddy Water (cold brew, almond milk, maple sugar), and it was excellent. We also shared a delicious, crispy house-made granola with yogurt. Everything was top-notch!

Incredible coffee and a welcoming staff make this place a must-visit!
