Burger King - Phoenix

Your worst and dirty Burger King. no surprise that there is no customer. workers are inexperienced. the dame who works there touches her phone with gloves and then touches patties in the regal. fries old and overboiled and dark. dry and salty. so old. hepperpatties are old and dry and lukewarm. a type that works without hat and bushy hairs all over the face. the place I smelled like a rotten drain. I bet their drains are stuffed with oil and müll, which is why this stinking drainage smell comes out of the sink into the hall....bathrooms no overfall smells like peee. the worst bk experience ever. I am surprised that it exists.

Lady who took my order was very pleasant. loved her service! I just wish I got her name.

So I often go to this place, and to be honest, I had only ever had excellent service; the personal was always beautiful and seems as if they were actually working pretty hard despite personal problems. I have a lot of negative commentary about their dunes in being closed, but to be fair there quiet is a pandemic going on, and it would probably not be that we were all at home in the first place lol, therefore I don't blame them for that.

They have been improving so much these past months despite them being understaffed and slow at times. they are very friendly to me, the food is great they give me exactly what i want, how i want it, i have no complaints about this store nor the people that work there. excellent service every time i go.

Burger king should be doing much better than they are. They have food that could be really great, if only they could serve it fresh and hot. Recently they have improved quite a bit from what was a really long history of just being inedible. The fries here have great potential, when they're hot and crispy they're so amazingly good. I would suggest that is the one thing that needs to be focused on to draw enough traffic to get everything else to improve. People need to know there's a place where they can satiate that french fry craving consistently.
