Panda Express - Phoenix

They were quite busy when I visited, so there was a bit of a wait for our order. However, everything was incredibly fresh and the portion sizes were generous. The staff was also very friendly.

I had a problem with my order and I went back to talk to the administration about it, Danny immediately asked my question and gave me a free meal for the inconvenience. Very happy with the customer service I received here, and in the food service industry itself for a very long time I know what it takes to hear the customer and Danny did exactly that. Will come back on the basis of the customer service I received?

I would not recommend eating at this establishment, as the food may leave you feeling unwell the next day. Additionally, Panda Express needs to rethink its layout; the chow mein and rice should not be in the main section of the food tray, while the meat is placed in the secondary dishes, which leads to customer frustration. On the other hand, Uno Hawaiian BBQ does a great job of organizing their food on the entrée plates. I suggest giving them a try instead.

A beautiful young lady whose name began with an A and ended (forgive me, I can't remember your name) served me on the ride back for a while. She provided first-class service and was very polite, attentive and helpful, which today cannot be said for most young people. I would definitely return to this Panda Express as I felt very welcome and the staff where friendly. Definitely one of my favorite places to get food in and around the Phoenix area

The chicken teriyaki had a distinct boiled chicken smell, making it inedible for me. On the other hand, the Beijing beef was delicious and fresh, although I had to wait for it. I quickly went back to the line as soon as it was served, worried it might run out before I returned. Additionally, the fountain drink machine definitely needs a thorough cleaning underneath. Overall, it wasn't the worst experience I've had at Panda, but it was certainly far from the best.
