Írjon visszajelzéstI was in this place a few times (convenience, on my way to my next dates) and every time there was a problem with my order. Today. I specifically asked about the two salad dresses for our two salads and I was sure they were both in the bag. I had a strong feeling that I had to look, and when I did, I was sure I was missing one. The employee's answer: Oh, we're out. I don't care to get another dressing, but if I didn't see in my pocket to check what the employee told me, I would have come to my goal with a dressing for two salads.
The only reason I give two stars is because people behind the line make something amazing delicious food! I was at this point 4 times and the burgers, fries, etc are always well cooked and the flavors are delicious! I never leave bad reviews, but thought I had to warn others in this case. Our last visit made us so upset for reasons that are completely avoidable. We will never ranch with our order (even after multiple requests), the food is usually sitting there for so long before it is brought out that it gets cold, and now throughout our last visit all this happened -and- they were from Shakes (which we had already paid). Instead of a refund, we were told that they can't do this and that we had to submit an email to pay back. Well, it's been over a week and we haven't received any refund or any kind of communication back. Our food was cold, no ranch, no shake, the order was wrong, and the manager just told us there was nothing he could do. Update: After writing the above review, we finally received an answer to our request for a refund only for the food we did not receive (we also informed them about the waiting period, cold food, bad service etc.). Habit has informed us that they do not offer refunds, but can send us a gift card or credit to our next purchase... Also the answer to my 2 star review here was met with an automated proposal that I should send an email to the same email that we have already contacted, which has not helped. I've moved my rating to a star.
Serving overpriced raw food, this is not only pink, it is raw on the inside. I took a bite, spit it out and ripped the burger open to find half the burger.
I saw about my reception and noticed that the BBQ bacon cheeseburger I ordered would be made without bacon and no BBQ sauce. When I didn't ask for any extra toppings, I didn't mean to get BBQ and no bacon I suspect would come on a BBQ bacon cheeseburger! Great attention to detail!!! Don't!
I had to downgrade a previously slated 4 stars due to my most recent experience. I ordered online for curbside pickup. 1 Char w/ cheese bacon, fries and a drink. A sundae. I didn't receive my regular drink. The burger looks like a Burger King throw off and the fries were burnt. I arrived to pick-up the order promptly. It would be different if we didn't have the ability to choose such specific options, however it's not a situation where the information can get missed as they have it all in print. It's rare for me to indulge in fast food. Paying over $11 for such poor attention to detail makes me not want to again for some time. I REALLY wanted that iced tea too!
