Wawa - Phoenixville

Went to this Wawa location at 10:12 pm on 8/27/22 to pick up a food service order. I did not see order so asked 2 employees both said would check on it and never did! I was left standing there 20 minutes looking like a fool. I finally cancelled the order,took a AR hit and the customer was left who knows how long waiting for food...or did they even get it!??? Totally unacceptableWawa!!!! ????????????????????

Even during busy times, the line moves swiftly. It's easier to leave than to enter the parking lot by car. The food is delicious, although the menu options are somewhat limited.

I usually steer clear of negative reviews, but I was truly disappointed by the amount of boiled food we encountered, particularly the chicken sandwiches. This wasn't the Wawa experience I remembered, at least not during this visit. It appears there is a significant issue with quality control and staff training. I get that it can be challenging to find good employees, but serving undercooked chicken is simply unacceptable!

My visit to this Wawa was incredibly disappointing. The bathrooms were in awful condition and had a strong odor of urine. I spent 10 minutes trying to grab the attention of two employees nearby, but they were clearly too focused on other things to assist. Eventually, I decided to head to the register and ask if they had any half-gallon bottles of green tea. The employee said he was busy, and when I asked to speak with a manager, he simply told me to wait. I ended up waiting for 15 minutes, but no manager ever came.

Make sure to double-check your order at the counter, as errors tend to occur frequently. It could be beneficial for the staff to enhance their reading skills.
