Beryl's Pepper Pot - Pickering

Their food is always delicious. The are consistent in delivering tasty delicious food. When I'm home visiting family, I must go to Beryl's food good authentic Jamaica ?? cuisine.

Came for lunch. The food was very underwhelming. Chicken dried out, rice was dry. There wasn't enough gravy to compensate for the overall dryness. The coleslaw was decent. Its far to pricey for the quality of food. The young lady at the cash was polite.Food: 2/5

Food is very good. But customer service is not which unfortunately impacted my opinion on this restaurant. Might be back but other good places in the city with good customer service

We used the online order for a large Mother's Day lunch. A staff member called the next day to confirm special instructions and was super-pleasant to deal with. Our order was ready on time, and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the oxtail, j chicken, and whole fish. Thank you for contributing to a memorable meal; the food was excellent!

The worst thing about most West Indian restaurants is the customer service. But Berry's has remedied this by having wonderful staff. In fact, even though I live in North Whitby, I drive all the way to the Pickering location because of the service. Chloe is delightful, always greeting you with a warm smile and excellent service. And the food is hands down the best in the GTA. Not overly oily, always fresh, and mostly importantly CONSISTENTLY GOOD. They never disappoint. The fried chicken, j chicken and curried goat is a must have. Berryl's is truly a gem.
