It's Boba Time Pico Rivera

I had bought a macaroon today and the girls working were moping and I’m more than 100% certain they either drop it on the floor or something because it tasted EXACTLY like the mop cleaner ? I got two different flavors and they BOTH tasted it like it

The only place my wife and I get our boba! Service is great and the drinks are the best here! Go out and get yourself one it's totally worth it!

Went today 8/5 8:40pmI think this is 2times that they don’t serve by orders.It is very seem like discrimination people and disrespectful the customer.Corp office should do something this locationHorrible Customer Service.

Always delivers! The drinks are always delicious, super helpful friendly staff! It clean in the store and very clear menu! And they will go out of their way to explain the items to you!

I was contemplating on giving either two or three stars. The boba is good and they have pretty good variety of drinks but the macaroons are not good and the customer service is horrible. The young girls there do not smile, greet you, and have you waiting at the register until they feel like addressing you. I had to say excuse me just to get acknowledged and they had their don 't bother me faces the whole time. When the girl gave me my drinks she just gave me the bag with no eye contact and an attitude. I 've been to this location many times and I get that attitude every time and see their attitude with every customer. This is not a bad day, just bad training or even a bad hiring. If you want boba with a fuchie face, this is your spot. I 'm going somewhere else.
