About as authentic as you can get. A little small, but well worth a wait (make a reservation if you can). The octopus was the best Ive ever had.

MY NEW FAVORITE PLACE FOR CHINESE! Kung Pao Fresh definitely lives up to the name. This is the freshest tasting chinese food I have eaten in years! Their orange chicken actually tastes like orange! Everything I've had I have loved! I would normally skip the chow mein in other places, but theirs is soooo good, it is a must-have for me now. Their jalapeño chicken is to die for! and their won ton soup is, by far, the best I've ever had. Their won tons actually have meat in them! Great food,nice and clean and superb customer service. We go there 2-3 times per week. I whole-heartedly recommend Kung Pao Fresh!
