Kotobuki Japanese - Piedmont

This is a throwback for sure. Great sushi and the dishes are perfect. As a Japanese person who has had to endure a million average “Japanese” restaurants with sushi becoming mainstream this place is a pleasant surprise. Reminds me of those restaurants I used to go to when you couldn’t get a non Japanese person to eat sushi

Everything was fantastic... really really good. Gyoza, miso soup, agedashi tofu, tempura, beef sukiyaki. All of it. Service was excellent there were 2 clean bathrooms. Looking forward to returning.

One of my favorite sushi places! It is so high end and everything I've had has been amazing! The presentations for the rolls are super Instagram worthy too! 10/10!

Always excellent food and great service. The prices went up a little but they are still reasonable. Fairly quiet most of the time and you rarely need reservations on weekdays

Always good quality sushi and their special rolls take the cake. The Ninja roll is my all time favorite.
