Recommended! beautiful tavern! is located inside the walls of the village of pienza. the owner very kind welcomes us and explains the menu recommending us according to the seasonality of the products. we started with a dark sheep dish, with truffle drops and lard slices to be got with bread... to lick the mustache! then we took the maltagliati homemade and a ribollita... all very good! we finished the dinner with the cantucci, strictly homemade, and the holy wine. dinner accompanied by local Sangiovese wine.
