Guadalajara Mexican - Pierre

I once worked in a Mexican restaurant, and my boss always emphasized that service is the top priority. Unfortunately, the service here was quite poor. The server was very slow to attend to customers, and I even witnessed one table leave in frustration after waiting too long for him to come to them.

"We were in town for a work conference and decided to try this restaurant. Although it was quite busy when we arrived, we were greeted warmly and served promptly. Our meals arrived quickly and were served piping hot! A staff member came by to refill our drinks and apologized for the wait, but we reassured her that we hadn’t waited at all. I was very pleased with the service, and my food was outstanding—especially the enchiladas rancheras! The staff at our hotel’s restaurant could definitely learn a few things from the team at Guadalajara."

The salsa and chips are absolutely brilliant.
