Debonairs Pizza - Pietermaritzburg

The gentleman who took my order was very friendly and respectful. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive my drinks. The server who brought my order didn’t check the details on the slip, and I hesitated to clarify.

I stopped by Debonairs on my way home from work, as it was my mom's birthday dinner request. The staff there were incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. They assisted me in choosing a pizza that fit my budget and was absolutely delicious. It turned out to be a great choice, making both my mom and the kids very happy. My mom loves pizza! The pizza had a crust stuffed with a delightful sausage and chicken filling, and one piece was enough to satisfy even an adult. It was a large pizza!

I had a great experience during my visit, thanks to the excellent customer service. However, I wanted to address an issue regarding a R50 voucher I received from Debonairs. I was told that I could use it when I spent R150, but when I tried to redeem it during my visit, it was not accepted. Additionally, when I called to place an online order, I found out that the voucher was also not valid. It seems confusing that a voucher can be sent to customers but isn't usable. Regards, Govender.

The waiting period was as expected of customer service is much improved, the pizza was well presented and tasty to taste

Worst restaurant to order from Firstly the owner should get his whole team fired they lack customer service I stood there for 5 minutes or more and no one attended to take my order eventually I walked out. The main reason why no one took my order is because they were busy talking and eating(the employees) Wish there was a zero rating
