Alamo Steakhouse - Pigeon Forge

The food here is great. I really enjoyed the Texas testers and the bacon wrapped shrimp. The staff is friendly and very helpful. I would definitely visit again the nest time I?m in town.

Alamo Steakhouse is a beautiful restaurant. The service is great and very fast. The waiter we had was great. A reason for the 4 stars would be due to the food. The food was okay nothing horrible, but for the price I was expecting it to meet a differentstandard than a normal chain restaurant.

The food, drinks, and service at the Alamo were all outstanding. However, the parking situation, the lengthy wait for a table, and the high prices were somewhat overwhelming. The portion sizes were generous, so no one left feeling hungry. It seemed like they were experiencing some staffing challenges, as I had to wait a bit longer for my food to arrive. With no reservations allowed, steep prices, and no bar to relax in while waiting for a table, this steakhouse felt like a tourist trap.

The food here was excellent, and the service was friendly, but the restaurant itself feels quite outdated and could really use a makeover. My steak was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately, the fries that came with it were dry and lacked flavor. We decided to take our desserts to go, and they reminded me of my mom's country pies—absolutely delightful! I’m glad we gave this place a shot, but I’m not sure I’d return anytime soon.

The food was amazing! I had filet tips with horseradish cream sauce that were so tender, they could be cut with a spoon! It was the best I’ve ever had, no exaggeration. The shrimp were cooked to perfection...
