Corky's Ribs Bbq - Pigeon Forge

If you've had real Texas bbq, you'll need it skip this place. They have a big beautiful building and nice staff but the food was just ok... although the Turkey had a nice flavor, it was extremely dry. The pulled pork was ok as was the brisket. My daughter thought the ribs didn't have enough sauce! I did like the jalapeño hush puppies! I am rating it a 3 but in all honesty it's more of a 2.5! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere!!

Great food, great service. We first ate here more than 20 years ago and are always glad to see it is still as good as the food was the first time we ate here. We had the half rack of ribs, muddy .. this is a mix of dry and wet rub and perfect mix of the two. And we had the smoked sausage, a nice mild sausage with a sweet bbq sauce over it. Both were served with baked beans and coleslaw. We also had an order of Jalapeno hush puppies and fried okra. Both are a definite yes!! Very good, just enough crisp to them both. Service was great as always.

My family and I went to Corky's while on vacation in Sevierville. The server was excellent. He was friendly and helpful with us making choices. The food I had was ok. It wasn't great. The ribs was not tender the edges were overcooked and my family complained about their food as well. The location was nice just like a bbq restaurant would look like.

This place has excellent ribs! Their Mac n cheese bbq pulled pork is also a 10/10 !! The service was awesome and also as soon as we came in got seated!! Even with 7 people we expected a little bit of wait but no they got everything set up for us in under 5 mins! Also, our food was brought out in a very timely manner! Definitely will be eating here again!

Overpriced, bland, small portions. I wish I had looked at Yelp before setting foot in here. But, I remembered going to Corkys in Nashville and liking it. Not so here. Really disliked my pulled chicken barbecue. My child's kids meal had more meat! And I'm not a big guy and don't eat a lot. Save your . Go elsewhere.
