This place is amazing! The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was fast, the franchise owner even came out and imagined I always appreciate this kind of hospitality. I'm a big brisket fan and they didn't disappoint. It was freshly cut as soon as I ordered it, juicy, warm and straight on the season. I shed it with the sweet BBQ and had a perfect sandwich, Butterbrot was a nice addition. Also had Mac and cheese (taste homemade), and creamy spinach (like spinach and artichoke dip), both were top notch. I'll come back often because of this amazing brisket. Do not miss this place, you would miss a high quality meat and a great service, quickly.

The food was very good! I visited a location in California a few and when we stopped by the location in Tennessee I knew we were going to have a good bite to eat. I was sad when several parties left because they ran out of pulled pork. All I kept saying is they don't know what they are missing. The ribs were tender and tasty along with the brisket, baked beans, sausage and the creamed spinach. Dickeys is a small place that offers a WHOLE LOT!

My family (my wife, our 7-year-old son, our 3-year-old son, and I) ate here for dinner on Wednesday, April 3, 2019 around 7 PM following our day at Dollywood (and being ignored at the nearby Denny’s). They were out of ribs, which was fine as none of us eat them on a regular basis. There were two people working, and they seemed to really be trying to do their best, which was nice to see (it made us feel appreciated as customers). Our food was great, with each of us enjoying what we got. There were also some issues with the Coca-Cola Freestyle machine, but to help fix the situation, the employees had provided as many of the missing flavors in two-liter bottles on the counter. Many other places would have just shrugged their shoulders at the situation and the expense of their customers. I think we may be back next time we visit Pigeon Forge!
