Geno's Pizza Subs - Pigeon Forge

As an Italian from New York, I have to say that everyone knows NY has the best pizza! However, I was pleasantly surprised by Geno's. Initially, I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, and I chose this restaurant mainly because I had a great coupon. I'm so glad we decided to order from here! The pizza is excellent, and everyone loved it! We will definitely order again, even without the coupon, because it’s really that good! The pizza is generously topped with cheese, the bacon is authentic, and the sauce is bursting with flavor. Plus, the staff was extremely accommodating!

This place has the best pizza, location is good, parking is plenty, yes it may have taken 35 minutes to make our two pizzas but totally worth it, they were busy so we didn't mind. The people working never looked as though they were just playing around itlooked as though they were taking pride in the work and even the delivery driver came in got something to drink looked at thetickets and took another order. This place is hometown amazing

I waited for an hour at the restaurant after ordering a single pizza, and nothing even went into the oven. There was one, sometimes three, staff members prepping dough the entire time. It took an additional 30 minutes to get my money refunded to my card because the wrong person went on a smoke break or something. The smoke break sign was larger than their menu, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't for cigarettes or weed. If you have time to waste and aren't hungry, then Geno's is the place for you. I’m giving it 1 star because I couldn’t give it 0, and I did take a 2-liter lemonade to compensate for my trouble.

The pizza was very dry and lacked sauce, especially beneath the cheese; it felt more like just bread and cheese. I spent $44 on an extra-large pizza and breadsticks, which were just alright. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Called 40 minutes before they closed and they wouldn?t even take my order for cheese sticks. How long could it possibly take to make cheese sticks. Why say your open until midnight if your not going to take people orders. Never ordering there again. If Icould I would of gave them 0 stars. If you want great pizza and great customer service go to Big Daddy pizza.
