Írjon visszajelzéstSeriously my new favorite theme park!! The gift shop is tasteful and the towns are so cute! There are different sections for the big kids and little kids and they make parent swap easy! They even have a couple of little kid things mixed in with the big kid rides! We had minimal wait times and parking was fairly easy! The trams in the parking area were easy to use and we didn 't have to wait on them nor were they too full! The big kid rides had plenty of big rollercoasters! We were there for the pumpkins and they truly do such a great job! Totally worth coming on a Friday to avoid the huge crowds! There was even plenty of food options to choose from! We got tacos from the food trucks and they were delish!
Pretty good, need warmer tho...spicy is spicy...bbq is
The most beautiful park I have ever been to. So beyond charming.Coming in the fall was spectacular. The leaves were out of this world. It was amazing.Lightning Rod is one of my favorite roller coasters I have ever been on.Big Bear Mountain was so much at night. Def sit in the front row for both. The staff was friendlier than Disneyland.I wish I lived closer because I would come every day.
We took our grandsons to Dollywood for 2 days during fall break. It was beautifully decorated for fall, we stayed until close the last day to enjoy the lights (which are beautiful)! The park is clean, workers are helpful rides are great. I would definitely go back again. Having said that, I must also say that the tickets are over-priced! It was so crowded, that we didn't get much done the 1st day. We decided to pay even more for 3 Timesaver passes to make sure the boys were not disappointed after our last day. If we hadn't done that, we would never have ridden any of the rollercoasters. The wait for Big Bear Mtn was 90 minutes! Also, Carnival games are ridiculously priced! (6 vouchers for $30) It should cost no more than $1 for a kid to play a game. I would have rated Dollywood much higher if it hadn't cost so much.
Quite a fun theme park to visit!Located in lovely Pigeon Forge, Dollywood is a clean theme park with a bit of country style. My visit with a group of 5 adults and 4 kids was during Fall Break 2023, during the Harvest Festival theme. Within 2 days our crew covered much of the park.As far as rides go, there 's a vast variety that appeal to all ages. Big Bear Mountain is the latest coaster addition. Thunderhead, Wild Eagle, Mystery Mine and Tennessee Tornado are other notable thrill rides. For the younger crowd, there are few little playgrounds throughout the park, plus a good sized one indoors: Hidden Hollow. The Country Fair section of the park worked great for my crew overall, as it mostly contains classic fair style rides that work for young and older riders. During our visit, only a couple rides were closed: the Express Train, and Lightning Rod. Although a bummer to not ride the train, everyone got a more than satisfactory amount of ride time.Plenty of food vendors are available around Dollywood. Burgers and fries, funnel cakes, barbecue food, carmel corn and other usual theme park chow is easy to find. At least a couple eateries served country comfort style chow. There are other unique food options as well, like pizza and Mexican food. The cinnamon bread is a notable dessert at Dollywood that is crazy delicious, and very much recommended! The interactions with staff were always professional and kind. When leaving around closing time, a few workers and security personnel hung around the entrance giving kind farewells and cracking jokes once in a while. When one of my nephews and I were rushing to a bathroom, one joked I know where they 're going , I shot a funny look back, and laughs were had! Another notable moment was after playing a water gun carnival game, and the lady running the stand very kindly giving my nephew a prize, even when no one in my crew won. She definitely made my nephew 's rest of the trip, possibly month! An amazing experience for my group!
