Timberwood Grill - Pigeon Forge

We started with fried pickles. The serving size is small for the price you pay. We got two different dipping sauces. The jalapeño dipping sauce was a little spicy, but doable. The fish was excellent! The Rocky Top Pork Nachos were good and largeenough for a meal. The pico on the hamburger added a twist and was actually good. No Caesar side salad and to trade out a sidefor a side garden salad brings an up charge of $4.50.

This place was great and Hope our hostess was awesome. She kept our glasses full on an extra hot day. At one time I had 3 glasses of sweet tea in front of me! I had the Pork Nachos loaded and they were perfect. One member had the Buffalo burger whichhe said was cooked medium and tender. My wife had the Strawberry chicken salad and she said it was the best she had ever had.The last member of our party had smothered beef tips over mashed potatoes that was great.

This restaurant is very convenient when visiting the island. They have a great menu with offerings sure to please everyone in your party. I had a steak, and it was cooked perfectly. The service was very quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. It took sometime to get my beer delivered, but that is no big deal.

OK the selection I made was a Grade C. Let me explain. I ordered the black and blue cheese steak tips salad. The salad was great with blue cheeses crumbles, red peppers and fried thin onions with a batter. It would have been a 5 as far as salads go; howeverwhen you pay $16 dollars for a salad they should probably not serve the stalk part of the lettuce with it. On the plus side thesteak tips were grilled to perfection. 4.5 on the salad. My wife ordered a fried chicken breast with gravy with Mac and cheesesand mashed potatoes. Her dish is what I should have ordered that is why I gave myself a Grade C. The service was great, so wasthe ambiance and the price was fairly reasonable for adult meals. All in all I give it a 4.5 out of 5. If you are in PigeonForge try them out, just order better than I did.

Amazing food and service! Food was worth the price.! We got there at 10pm and they told us to wait 10 minutes but table was literally ready in 1 minute lol. Tonight was the best service I?ve ever had honestly. I?ll add pictures of our food.
