Los Panchos - Pikeville

The wife and I went here to eat, she ordered the shrimp chimichanga spelling could be off and I ordered pollo con queso, we also ordered the French fries with steak, ground beef, queso, I can't remember the name of that appetizer but I thoroughly enjoyed the food. My wife also enjoyed her food. Although my wife did have to get up to get the waitresses attention to refill our drinks.

First. Menu says Diet Coke but they do not have they offer two flavors of Coke with or without sugar. Reason given it costs more then Coke Zero and customers don’t care. Well I am here to say yes we do if I wanted Coke is ask for Coke. Second. Asked if the chicken taco salad had flavor or was blah. Was told they marinate there chicken with peppers and tomatoes. No they don’t. The chicken was half shredded and whiter than an albino. And tasted like my 2 year old grandson would want it to. Had to add cholula and a jar of salsa to taste something. Third service was subpar and the arguing in the kitchen is very clear. My wife said her chicken and steak tacos on corn tortillas was good. My son said his chicken and rice was tasty. So one star for the wife one star for the son. One star taken away as Diet Coke should be available as it is on the menu and a staple of the Coke brand. One star taken away for the subpar service and the long wait for a check and a refill on water. So solid 3 star.

Not the best mexican food, but I eat here often (kinda like eating day old McDonald's french fries you just eat them even though they're gross) The foods not gross...it's just not whoo hoo. Nice people though. Definitely not crowded. I think if they improved the flavor of their food, they'd have larger crowds.

We had good service here, and our waiter checked on us frequently. I had enchiladas verde, and I loved them. There isn't much appeal on the inside of the restaurant though, it doesn't look like anything special.

There are far better restaurants that are way cleaner and properly managed. I do not suggest anyone work there. Pay roll was hardly ever on time.they will try to call you in on your day off constantly get nasty when you tell them no.alex is a catty little girl and this post will likely trigger his paranoia. They also pay under the table. So im positive there is a bunch of back taxes that he owes Bledsoe county.when i was there he had us fix the roof almost none of us had abc licenses and he would buy cheap liquor from a local store and pour it in the more expensive bottles.
