Despite the busy atmosphere, my food arrived promptly. **Food:** The Beef Tapa I ordered exceeded my expectations; it was tender, juicy, and flavorful. The portion size was perfect, giving me the sense that I truly got my money's worth. **Ambience:** Since it features alfresco dining, don't expect an air-conditioned environment. However, the large trees adjacent to the seating area provided a refreshing coolness and a gentle breeze. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience on the restaurant's opening day. The food is excellent, and the atmosphere is fantastic! Outdoor restaurants are my favorite, and Calle Balagtas has become my top choice for a relaxing meal. The service is five-star, and the ambiance is just right! People should visit this wonderful place more often.
