The second time to be here and the food is so good! Food was fresh, warm and fill New favourite place

It is usually very good. Our family goes quite often. It is definitely the best buffet on the mountain. One very very good perk is the staff. They are professional, kind, and very good at their job. The food is buffet so you know sometimes you go at the wrong time, but they are great about trying to get new stuff out all the time. Their Sushi is limited, but good.

We visited on a Sunday afternoon and the food was all fresh and hot. The sushi was above grade for a buffet but some of the meats seemed to be overcooked. My partner loved the seasame balls filled with bean paste. She almost bought some to take home. One of the better places to enjoy a meal in the White Mountains.

This is an Asian buffet located in a small city in Arizona. Typically, I don’t expect exceptional service or outstanding food from a buffet that costs less than $10 per person. As long as the food is reasonably fresh and the restaurant isn’t a haven for crumbs, I consider it about what I can anticipate. Fortunately, the food was fairly fresh, and the establishment was relatively clean. Given that they likely can’t source from a local sustainable farmer’s market in the middle of winter, I’d say this place earns a cautious thumbs-up.

Due to food allergies, my takeout options are quite limited in this area, and I don’t usually eat fast food. I brought some fresh vegetables, meat, and noodles with me for the hibachi, which made for a quick meal! The photos not in a takeout box are from previous visits. Just for the record, Sharkey's in the chalet is my favorite spot for sushi in the area, but Empire offers better options than most buffets. Previous Review: I love this place! Kids eat for free (Matt, three and under). The hibachi is great, and the buffet has fresh food. The sushi is surprisingly good for a buffet. The prices are reasonable, usually with a 15% discount available on the back of a Safeway coupon. The only downside for me is that drinks (sodas, tea, etc.) are not included in the buffet price.
