Ihop - Pineville

I went to the restaurant with a group of 10 people. Our waitress, Dee Dee, was very attentive. She ensured that our orders were correct, kept us organized, and made sure our drinks were always refilled. We had a great time enjoying the food and drinks.

Kudos to the Pineville IHOP team! This was my first visit and I was not disappointed. We were seated promptly within 3 minutes. We sat at a clean table for two and received our menus just 2 minutes before our server arrived. The server was very attentive and took our orders right away. We both ordered the breakfast sampler and it was delicious! The eggs were perfectly cooked, the pancakes were fluffy, and the bacon with hashbrowns hit the spot. I recommend coming before 9 o'clock to avoid the breakfast rush.

We had dinner on a Thursday evening at 6:00 pm and our group of 6 was the only one in the restaurant. There were only 4 staff members working, who did their best to keep the place clean, but the floors and tables were very sticky. The server who took our order and served us was very pleasant, but was dressed quite casually for a food service job. The food arrived and was good.

That was great. service was slow, dry and no refills for drinks. forever to get the ****, I just left money on the table. I wish I could say that we are busy, but there were only 4 tables at the whole place and the service was terrible sloouuw?

We waited 54 minutes to receive our food only for it to arrive cold. No silverware or napkins were offered. When asked to speak with the manager our waitress replied she was the manager. She only offered to recook our cold omelet, with such dissatisfaction we decided to leave and find another restaurant.
