Taco Bell - Pineville

We had to wait a bit for our food, but it was definitely worth it as it arrived fresh and hot. However, I did notice a few things from the all-male staff that I found concerning. One worker was eating fries while preparing food, and another came into the lobby to clean tables using only his bare hands—he just wiped the crumbs off the floor without any towel or cleaning supplies. Additionally, the screen on the self-checkout was sticky and dirty. This place really needs a thorough cleaning, but overall, we did enjoy our meal.

They have improved since the lobby reopened. It’s Taco Bell, so we all know it’s not going to be fine dining. However, it's a great value for the price!

I used the drive-thru, and I had a great experience. The service was good, and the tacos were delicious!

Gave it a one star because it took 25 minutes to get my food through the drive-thru. Have the meal sizes shrunk or have the prices gone up or both? Spent $8 and was still hungry after eating.

Went through the drive through and received all our food we ordered which unfortunately has become uncommon with many places.
