Great place! Covid put it back, but it comes back well. Perfect local irrigation hole! With a great bite to eat!
After much advice, I went to the Mason Inn. The bar itself was much more than I expected; She has a stylish sport feeling, accompanied by a warm smile as you walk in the door. I'm not from the Pittsboro area, but I felt at home when I was with the locals. The food at the Mason Inn is not only defined by words. I ordered a Kalzon, with green pepper, onion, mushroom, sausage and extra cheese. I had expected to have a calzone that was compatible with the quality of pizza hat or another national chain. That wasn't the case. The appearance, quality and taste of the food was shocking. I have eaten pizza in Chicago and New York's most famous pizza restaurants, the quality of Mason Inn's food rivals these nationally recognized restaurants. I was shocked that such a small town could produce Bar/Eatery food of the highest quality and tasty as a nationally recognized restaurant. The portions at the Mason Inn are huge! I'm 6'1 and 300 pounds, and I couldn't stop the part they gave me! Realistic, a calzone order could feed two people. You can't beat the value for your money anywhere in Indy. If you live in the Indianapolis region, it is worth driving 35 minutes to taste this restaurant. If you are a beer lover, Mason Inn has a wide range of import and domestic beers (both on design and bottle), and their prices are very reasonable. If you are looking for a good time, great food and excellent service, I recommend visiting the Mason Inn. It turns out you are a family bar that has been in operation since 1989, and I can see why they have repeated customers day by day, year by year. It is comforting to see a family business full of success, and I believe the food is a witness to its success. Overall, I would rate these one of the best restaurants experiences for the money, ive had still in Indianapolis.
Decent. Small, full of locals, but for a damned good reason. I moved here from Long Island NY and have tasted the best pizza in NY. For a town of this size it sure beats Pizza Hut. Good pizza, great tenderloins, and fabulous fish on Friday. Take out is the way to go. The nonsmoking area still gets smell of smoke but tolerable. If they just had an outdoor pergola for summer........
