Mountain Mike's Pizza - Pittsburg

I ordered a Pike's Peak half and half red sauce and the other half white sauce, I have to say it was delicious?. Very impressive. I also ordered chicken wings half and half, honey garlic and grill? Oh, my God! Honey garlic was worth everything, I would have ordered all my honey garlic instead of half and half. I can't wait for my next tired night after waiting for my next pizza and chicken wing!

I?m a frequent flier at this location and I think they do excellent work. Fast and courteous delivery, top quality food and consistent professionalism. Very nice people taking the orders? never a mistake or a poor attitude.

I have been ordering from them for a year And they always always have Good customer service and they use Fresh ingredients and your Pizza is always fresh and Hot and cheesy and delicious. My wife and I have had repeated issues when ordering from this location. The majority of the time our order is missing ingredients, to the point that I have had to resort to writing notes specifically asking them to not forget green onions or to remember to add feta cheese, etc. Additionally, there have been several occasions where they delivered the wrong pizza entirely. Overall, out of roughly 20 orders 9 were incorrectly prepared or completely the wrong pizza. That's a 45% error rate in the product they provide. One night we called them back about a pizza and they delivered a new pizza... which was also the wrong type of pizza. The service at the restaurant is little better, with staff often giving wrong estimates for pickup times. On one occasion they gave an estimate of 20 minutes but then took an hour for a pizza that was for pick-up. Often the staff will not even acknowledge you as you stand at the counter. Several times I've had to go out of my way to grab their attention after waiting for almost 10 minutes. When it comes down to it, I would not chose to order pizza here unless you have nowhere else to go. The pizza, when correctly prepared, is great, but there's almost a 50% chance that it wont be correctly prepared. Add to that the poor service and it doesn't really make any sense to give them your money when other pizza places do a lot more to entice and retain customers.

This is by far my favorite pizza in this price range for the area. The toppings are very fresh and high-quality, and they put a lot on. The crust is delicious! Our pizza is always ready so fast! They even have gluten free crust.
