Írjon visszajelzéstI had the greatest time at Olive Garden for a birthday dinner just yesterday and i have to say, our servers who gave us food are the most sweetest people. our waiter brandon, was an amazing server. and our other server (forgot her name) but was a very nicelady. she payed for my family?s dinner since it was my birthday. and i gotta say, Olive Garden does have good food.
Server was nice.. but after a few minutes she disappeared. We were left alone in the dining room for over 15 minutes after we had finished eating and were ready to pack our food to go. I had to get up and ask for the to go boxes. After we packed ourfood, we waited for another 5 minutes for them to bring the bill which never came. We took our to go boxes up to the front andasked for the bill and some bags to place our to go boxes in, they gave us those, advised us that our server was on break, andtelephoned for a manager to come to the front desk. After another 5 minutes of the manager not showing up, I asked again for themanager and another call was made. The manager shows up, I told her what happened, she tells us that the servers are never totake break while there are people at their tables and that the server would be confronted about it. I didn't want the server toget into any kind of trouble... I thought that if she was on a break that maybe she was told to go on that break. It wouldn'tmake any sense otherwise since she served us and she knew we were there. Then the manager advised that no one would've told herto go take her break and said again that she would be confronted about it. The whole thing was just weird (for lack of a betterword) and unprofessional. Extremely poor customer service. I voiced that concern to the manager, then she took our payment andwe left. Definitely never going back there again while it's under the same management.
Update: the visit to the actual restaurant was great! Great food, great service! Always enjoy the salad at the restaurant. Always fresh! Not my first time eating at Olive Garden for lunch/dinner but it is my first time ordering online and picking upfood from them. I usually love the food at Olive Garden and the restaurant experience is always great but online order and curbside pick-up is a lot different. Today we decided we?d order in and support our locals. We ordered pasta?s and salads and kidsmeal. The food is really nothing to write about at this time. Food was not hot, the pasta was bland, and the salads were notfresh and did not look pretty. But I?m not too upset since it?s during pandemic I don?t know maybe they?re short handed. Hopenext time is a better experience.
I'm sorry I can't remember the servers name that was training, Gabi. They were both very attentive. It was Gabi's first day and have to say she seemed very confident and took care of us with all our requests. I had the Watermelon Sangria which was amazing!My friends and I had a great lunch and the service was awesome!
It?s Olive Garden. You know what you?re going to get, you just hope it happens. My friend and I came to have a catch-up session. We had the soup and salad and the Watermelon Sangria. Our server was the best. Probably the best in recent outings. We werehappy.
