Executing order in person. the staff was not friendly and friendly. kassierer arranged my friend wrong and did not explain, just asked him to float his card again. as it turned out, she had been eating and drinking as separate orders unexplainably excited. That's perhaps the worst chipotle I've ever had. the first thing I saw when I came in was a hired man who had a public freak out of a kind. she got up and went. the girl who took our order and made our food was very rude. she hit the tortilla warmer down, rolled her eyes, claimed that she didn't wear, but another hired came and got it from behind.) each chipotle I've ever allowed me to get white rice that didn't have cilantro in him, but the girl literally said only: "No, they can't have it." I'm not exactly sure how to start Zilantro rice without clear white rice, but oh good. Soda machine was broken and limonaden looked like they were sitting there for days. next, the bathroom. the herren room was filled with hair shaver. the image is attached.

Ordering by the chipotle app for delivery only to have delivered my order with the totally wrong dish false protein, false toppings and missing chips. chatted online for a refund and decided to order again via the app. second order delivered only completely incorrect again wrong dish with false proteins and toppings and again no chips. not only the command was wrong, it was cold. this is unacceptable and I recommend to all that they are away from the ordering from the chipotle market square.

I don’t think this chipotle has a competent manager. I can’t understand why this chipotle is always so backed up. I’ve never had a pick up order be ready on time. They never ever have fajitas which I also can’t make logic of. In fact, I can’t say they’ve had peppers for the past year. I even remember once they had no tops and were using aluminum foil. Don’t even try to order delivery because you will pay for a bowl and received half of it because they don’t have the ingredients or don’t care to fulfill the order accurately. There seems to be a real lack in management considering the inventory issues and poor customer service. Today I had a pick up order scheduled for 1:20. I didn’t arrive until 1:45 and my order still was not ready. Of course there is a line of people waiting for pick up orders. So I cancel my pick up order and just get in the line and the line worker just looked at me to tell him what I wanted. I understand the chaos of working in a poorly managed restaurant but geez I asked him how he was doing and he didn’t even respond. I’m over this location and it’s dirty!!!Some advice: get some better employees. The KIDS y’all have working do not have the work ethic to handle the downtown crowd. Stop taking catering orders during lunch. I speculate this is why they get so backed up during lunch.
