Eat'n Park - Pittsburgh

Food was great! Service was ok. There wasn't many customers and our waitress was a little slow but she was really friendly.

Eat n park is a decent go to spot. My go to is always the buffalo chicken salad. But I decided to try the chicken and waffles and it was amazing. It has this glaze I can’t even describe but it knocked my socks off. Their salad bar is decent also. Can’t forget the sticky buns or the smiley cookie. Good diner food. Had the fish fry to go and it was well worth it. The sandwiches were good. The coleslaw was amazing and the homemade chips and ranch didn’t disappoint either. Their potato soup is also really good. Their strawberry pie is the best but seasonal.

We ordered the Super Griddle Smiles in Moon Township at the University of Blvd. A big breakfast that was delicious. Service excellent. The next day there was lunch at the Fox Chapel Waterworks Location. Great service and delicious bacon cheeseburger with frits. Good food at affordable prices.

Average place.. I 've eaten here a few times and it 's been like any other Eat 'n Park. Granted, when it first started up, things were a little slow but since then I haven 't had any problems. It 's a convenient location and will most likely force King 's Family Restaurant out of business because ENP stays open later at night.<br/ <br/ Being a 'green ' establishment, it 's pretty nice inside and out.

I didn't expect much from Eat'n Park, but I was surprised that many items on the menu cost as much as high-quality restaurants. It was good, but overall a bit overpriced for a Bland experience.
